​​Bob Passander founded Passcon in 1983 under the goal to serve as a premium masonry materials supplier for commercial construction projects. Bob Passander’s passion for masonry came from a generational family of masons which started with his father in the early twentieth century. Now, over 40 years in business, Passcon has evolved in providing materials and labor transforming its services to a turnkey solution for multi-family projects across the United States.

Today, Passcon is continuing its growth in the masonry industry under the leadership of his wife, Dawn Passander. Dawn started off in Passcon assisting Bob in small day to day activities which sparked an unexpected passion for the business. Quickly, her determination to excel the business developed into a leadership role. Over the years, Dawn’s role continued to evolve in Passcon eventually beginning her acquisition of the business. Today, Dawn is the sole owner of Passcon commencing her certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) with the city of Indianapolis, and nationally certified with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Dawn’s central mission for Passcon is to continue pushing the business forward by providing excellence in masonry materials, project management, and customer service 40+ years after the company’s beginning.
